It's homage.
It could also be classed as parody.
And both parody and homage are protected under fair use laws.
It would be different if it was called "Stickybomb Launcher", that would be outright copyright infringement and theft of intellectual property.
As in, sticky projectiles that TRANSFORM INTO WALRUSES THAT SAY THINGS.
Really. I'm not joking. That's actually what it does.
So yeah, we'll go with the fact that it's parody and therefore protected under fair use.
Roblox partnered with Disney.
Their official stuff aside, all the fan stuff is copyright incarnate.
I posted the walrus launcher as an idea on SPUF as a joke. I doubt it's a coincidence they both stole the sticky launcher model and an idea on the TF2 forums.
I would find the thread I made, but it's so old I can't find it, so you'll just have to take my word for it. I don't think anyone would believe that ROBLOX is not terrible enough to steal crappy ideas, though.
Try explaning parody to youtube. anyway, I believe the product may actually be different enough that it wouldnt be considered copyright violation even if it wasnt a parody.
"Relavancey?" What's with the Y there?
