Useful chat binds for someone who wants to get into competitive?

I'm thinking of getting into competitive at some point, but I'm sticking to lobbies until I have a couple of thousand wins under my belt (That is the minimum, isn't it?). Studying other players, I've noticed a lot of them using chat binds to tell their team that the other team's Medic is down, etc. So my questions are,

A) How do you bind phrases to TEAM chat?
B) What binds should I have?

Also, I was thinking about possibly binding each of the numbers to say that the corresponding class is down, to help my team know what to expect soon. Is this a good idea?

And I swear to Gaben, if ONE person comments with a Lenny face...

I advise communiticating with your team with then using chat binds.

The reason I prefer chat binds is I'm quite an introverted person when it comes to talking with people whom I don't know, so chat binds makes me less nervous when working with a team.

What class/classes do you play? 'Cause it's really useful for certain classes to have certain binds (especially Medic binds focused around Uber (popped etc...))

I used to main Soldier, but I've recently been warming up to Pyro and Medic.

I find, generally, a bind for:

" I'm out/low on ammo"
"I need to reload"

or something similar to those can be really useful, being able to tell your med you need to reload before he pops Uber can be really beneficial, and it can be used in many other situations aswell.
