How to change a Hud health color

i want to change the color of the heath numbers and the overheal and when your about to die, i know about the colors i just can't find the files to change the color

If you are using the default HUD, you can't change that (at least I don't think.)
If you want a HUD that is very customizable, I recommend Toonhud.

im useing a HUD thats customizble i am useing a hud called tf2hud-master,
i have chaged the amo and some other things but i can't find the file that has the overheal
