Team Fortress 2
Escape Plan vs Equalizer?
Which weapon is better in your OPINION (neither is objectevly better). I don't want arguements that the default or displinary action is better than both, I just want opinions on which of the 2 is a better weapon.

I personally think the Escape Plan is better and less situational because I never find myself switching to my meelee as a soldier. Your thoughts?

Escape Plan IS objectively better though.

For the reasons you just said.

When you're at low health as a slow-moving class, Kamikaze-ing with your MELEE is the last thing you want to do.

The advantages of the Equalizer are really inapplicable to normal gameplay — short range, necessity of low health, and relatively low damage (Rocket Launcher and Shotgun do a lot more damage at full health and only slightly less at low health) combine to make Escape Plan the better weapon.

The real question is, Disciplinary Action or Escape Plan?

Well the two have different features entirely. It really just depends what you want. You could be the team soldier and use Buff Banner with Displinary action, or you could be lone soldier with Black Box and Escape Plan. Depends on gameplay really.

Kamikaze is actually a useful taunt
