[Help] What's this "Yikes" stun?

Hi,

I would like to know how some players are able to "Yikes" stun an enemy. I seen some enemies able to stun an player saying "Yikes" above them with a minor scream sound.
Then they aren't able to attack due to the stun which lasts for like 5 seconds.

How is that possible? I looked everywhere esp. TF2 Wiki and nowhere it shows about this stun except the Sandman's "Bonk" stun.

I think you mean players are using a command for a plugin called "roll the dice" and rolled "scary bullets".

Sorry but the developer console says "enable_spookyshots_1" is a unknown command.

Where can you find the sound effects for "Yikes"? The only one I could find was under Scout's Responses on the TF2 Wiki

Its an RTD command found on most community servers. It's a server plugin which give you modified game data to your character which can make them frozen, invincible, have high hp, and scary boolet.
