Help with tf2 bots team balance?

Hi, always when I try to play a local tf2 server, I use the tf_bot_add command. But the problem is that I want to play me vs all bots in the other team. I dont know what to do because the teams get auto-balanced and i cant play 1vs5 (for example)

No more respawn times: mp_disable_respawn_times 0

Sv_cheats 1 shouldn't be needed.

If you like to play with bots I think I may want to mention I'm making a bot overhaul mod. Better ctf support and plr support etc. No plugins needed.
