Demoman too OP
Just as the title says, Demoman is currently the strongest class in the game. with most classes there is always one class that can get a gurantee kill on you. On live a demoman doesn't currenlty have one. Also the new weapons implemented aren't balanced very well, such as the loose cannon. I like seeing new items in the game but there always is a balancing issue. In short the medic and spy can use a buff and the demo can use a nerf.

TL;DR
QQ Demoknights need a nerf and so do their primary weapons. Their melee kit is too strong and is unfun to play against as any class. The only class in the game that should dominate them in melee range is spy and they can't even do that.

Medic needs buff.

I play Medic the most and I don't think he needs a buff. He is meant to be a squishy support class that amplifies the teams power.

Spy does not need buffs. The only thing about Spy that needs to be fixed is the bugs associated with cloaking and disguising.

There is something to counter Demoknight completely. It's called a Sentry. Oh wait, also Natascha. Oh wait, don't forget anything that deals knockback, like Flamethrowers, Rocket Launchers, Grenade Launchers, Stickybomb Launchers, or just anything that can kill a Demoknight before he gets close. Which is almost every ranged weapon in the game.

And how is the Loose Cannon overpowered?

Well, before you go around the discussions screaming OP PLZ NERF, i want you to put in evidence and explanations on why the Demomans weapons needs to be nerfed, examples are, the damage is too high and is hard to be countered by the rest of the classes, or the weapons is to easy to use and is highly damaging a lot of the classes because of its stats and state evidence too.

Pyro
Demoknight
Sniper
Spy
Any other class that can get into close range can also mess him up.

All the newest Demo items were fairly meh compared to stock. What's your issue here exactly?

The only class that hasn't got a good way to deal with Demoknights is a Demoman. Other classes have hitscan weapons to effectively damage people with.

What? Spy isn't meant to dominate in melee range, he's meant to be a sneaky backstabber that relies on stealth to get kills. Every other class in this game is capable of dominating in melee range anyway (besides Sniper) because of how ramp up damage works.

demo's shields are incredibly broken right now, especially the tide turner. Just chargin arounr nonstop killing everyone in sight with full turning? It's insane. It's filthier than minisentries.
Also, the LnL is just stupidly strong right now, really.
I agree totally, demo is currently overpowered and needs big rebalancing.
(this is the part where everyone says to git gud and hates me)

Considering that a sneeze can now stop a Turner charge, I'd say the Turner is fine.

Tide Turner, Sticky Launcher and Grenade Launcher all got a nerf on Smissmass. How much more do you people want to weaken Demoman?

nevermind those poor iron demomen mains that flame here protecting their precious m1+m2 sticky spam! demoman is kinda op atm pills are ok, that needs skill, but stickies... even a 10h f2p can spam m1+m2 and get kills, id suggest a damage reduction.

Well i've been on hiatus for a while. my computer has issue with frames but because TF2 isn't progressing graphically i can still play it.

Scout can get hit by one grenade and die.
Pyros lose to stickies and excel in point blank fighting. Also if your response is to Airblast things back you'll run out of primary ammo way faster than a demo will and then you'll have to deal with his stickies.
Demo, yeah you can beat a demo with a demo, that statement doesn't show a lot about balance though.
Sniper, yeah good luck sniping someone who charges from point A to B in a second or can fly in the air to point A to B in a second.
Spy, ok i'm done humoring you. unless it's a demo that's sticky camping the spy won't kill him.


the buff i mean to medic is to their primary weapon damage, hell i'd be happy if it wasn't hitting harder but firing faster.

Demoknights #'s don't seem very high for their melee damage #'s but all their weapons have a unique buff to their melee damage. Other classes receive penalties to their melee weapon with a tradeoff to their kit.

For instance the soldier's picks block healing and Disciplinary Action has reduced melee damage.

If spy was mean to be sneaky then DR wouldn't exist. Spy should be the character you want least in your face, instead the endangered spycrab doesn't want to fight a futile battle.

This forum is a good example on someone who is being a ♥♥♥♥♥ about something thats been around for a long time. I can understand you have lag issues but I find camping pyros and snipers more of a threat than demoman. Plus, I dont have the best weapons (Albiet I have just about every sniper minus sydney sleeper and awper hand) but killing a demo is easy because they are more cq/defence. Even Scouts are more of a threat, I got owned as demoman by a single scout so much he dominated me(Even though I got pay back, I died around 20 times as demo). As much as demo is OP, evey class is OP if used by an experienced player. Im not say you are not one but im just saying that you could use more practice on anti-class tactics rather than ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ about it.
