Team Fortress 2
Wrench vs Southern Hospitality - Which is Better For Me ?
i'm thinking about buying a strange quality of one of those Wrenches but still confused and haven't determined which one is good for me.

i'm the kind of engineer who camps to cover points or Intel , nothing much more .
i do move the sentry and the dispenser sometimes , but still defensive . i got the gunslinger if i want to become offensive/aggresive :D
i'm bad dealing with spies sapping around my sentry so yeah F*** them.

so which one do you thing is good ? and reason please :)
(i excluded the Jag becuz of it's 25% less damage)

Wrench if you camp with your sentry, but the southeren is still good for spychecking

Wrench, hitting the spies with the wrench is also effective. The 20% more fire damage can be very bad in some situations.
If you want random crits then wrench
The fire damage penalty barely matters with dispenser, though on a w + m1 drop in you may not live now. Spychecking or finding while bleeding cloaked if you have short circut is invaluable.

Though the stock wrench may not do bleed damage, I would recomend it because you don't die as easily from fire damage, but if you want to ward off Spies then yes I recommend the SH. It is useful for spychecking because you see the bleed(except for the deadringers). Or just try out both if you can afford it. Hope this helps you.

Its fire damage, not bullet damage

Actually i rarely deal with pyros coming at intel , my sentry deal with them . So i think the southern hospitality is the good one , right ? specially for spychecking

Hahahaha , Nice Name Tag :3 - Spy GTFO!
Default Wrench is good all-around but nothing special.

Southern Hospitality is great for spychecking. Don't worry about the extra fire damage. If you're an Engineer and taking fire damage, you're probably dead anyways.

Jag is good for defense rushing if you need something built in a juffy. Might be good to use when on offense for quicker dispensers and teleporters.

Eureka Effect is worthless in its current form. Teleporting to spawn and tele exit is nice, but the upgrade and repair reduction just make it unwieldly.

But Still Do The Random Critical Hits Worth in Your Opinion ?

Just for your information, I use the Jag in MvM and Southern Hospitality in PvP.

I would say it depends on where you are hanging out at, if you are just around a corner where a pyro can sneak some fire at you, use stock. If you are in an area where no one except spies can get to you without getting your sentry, use Southern Hospitality.

Thank You Guys For Answering , I Will Test Both of Them Today and Choose Which One is Better For My Situation (I Think SH is Better But Gonna Use The Both and Decide).

Dude, if you're in range of a Pyro's flames, you're doing something wrong and are dead regardless!
