cant figure out how to blow horn?

Primary fire key. It's like shooting, 'cept your shooting air.

While it is active I use the primary key nothing happens

Then the meter for the conchereror's charge must not be full.

When the meter at the right hand corner is full (red), then you can use the primary key and unleash the concheror effects.

You can only use it after you've done 480 damage during that life
