If I recall there is one in existance yet kept in a backpack on a private or deleted account because the woman who got it as a wedding gift was harrassed by tradees. It had Circling Hearts.

I believe there's also an Unusual Halo, an unusual Max's head, and an unusual Gibus that were given to players that reported a gamebreaking (nothing to do with the "economy") and were given a hat of their choice.

Iirc by modifying game files you could use giftapults as a keys to open crates.

To whomever has been saying it, indeed a Circling Hearts Bills Hat was made for a man's wife. Problem was, it was tradable and that was a no no. So it was nuked I believe.
