Are reskins and Huds safe in TF2 (GameBanana)

Now, i'm wondering if Gamebanana or skins and huds in general are safe to use.

I know if the program uses .exe or something like that VAC will see it as a cheat.

But, is downloading skins or Huds worth it? May i receive any tips on how stay safe when downloading skins (I know The Workshop is safe)

I have a 6 year old Account i don't feel like spoiling it.

Hud/ skins / sound mods etc. are safe
dont know about the script

but remember they will now work on valve servers

You can download any hud/skin/sound or crosshair safetly
Scripts and other file changing files are VACable and are forbidden

Skins and HUD's are completely fine. Just make sure you don't edit any .vtf files.

Too be honest i know nothing about scripting or modding so those downloads are meaningless to me.

So, i guess i have no use for them ._.

Download the HUD files, move them to the /custom file. There are several tutorials out on Youtube that show how to install HUD's.
