Is Sniper related to ISIS?!

There seemed to be some stuff in TF2 that makes Sniper part of the terrorist group known as ISIS...

In this voice line when he says "Aces" it sounded like he was saying "ISIS"

He also has a cosmetic called, the "Desert Marauder" which is a Middle Eastern attire and a weapon called the "AWPer Hand" from Counter Strike: Global Offensive.

And finally, the comics say that Sniper isn't Australian because he is actually from New Zeaand. But what if he isn't from New Zealand after all?

So could this be true? Is Sniper really part of ISIS? If so, we must remove him at once!
