Problem about upgrade an account to prenium
Hey, i wanna offer a prenium pack to friend.

I have wrapped it, it's writed tradable on it (i have past the delay), he have already buy some game on steam, have steam guard (tier 1, secured only with email, not phone application).

And when i try to gift him, i got the same error everytime... i have check both profile setting and everything is in friend only so it's supposed to work....

Why i can't offer him my prenium pack ?

you need to trade it with him, the gift system does not work

Is there more information about the error? Are both of your inventories public? Does your friend also have Steam Guard enabled?
