Team Fortress 2
If You Could Heavily Nerf or Remove One Thing In TF2, What Would It Be?
Personally, I'd chose sentry guns, I feel like a light class shouldn't have the single strongest weapon in the entire game, while I don't think Sentry gun's should be removed, I think they should be heavily nerfed.

Since if an engineer places a sentry in a spot, you can't really kill it unless you have a Spy, or a Medic with the Medi-gun, or if you manage to get a really far away, but even then, the Engineer is probably by his sentry, making it practically invincible.

I think the only change they really need, is like a three second cooldown after killing something, so you can't just completely block off an area.

delete sniper
i would remove the hot hand and then give it to heavy
Objectively terrible take. Engineer is what keeps every other class in check. Without them, pyros and scouts would run rampant in the back lines with very little way to stop them. Medics and snipers would die in seconds because they have no one to protect them from flankers.

Btw, you think you can’t kill a sentry gun without a spy or med? Have you ever played engineer yourself? People can just corner peek and spam out your sentry, and without it your dead meat.

A 3 second cool down is absurd. Any class could just run in and destroy the sentry without a scratch.

Play some engi and then remake your opinion.
Btw, I would nerf the dead ringer

Sentries are strong, but not for what you described. A lone Sentry is fairly exploitable even when coupled with its Engineer. The issue with Engy is how easy it is to stack into him for exponential results. If you want to give Sentries a "nerf" then you should instead nerf Engy's ability to repair/upgrade an ally's buildings in general, so supernests aren't such a hassle to break up.
the natascha is my sworn mortal enemy so id remove that
If I had one pick it would be the most destructive one: Phlog, there's nothing you can really do in pubs against Phlog + Uber combo and the charge is easily farmed with scorch shot.
Vaccinator close second

Engineer sentries are easily taken care of with some coordination, sure stacking is a problem but there are ways to fight it. Wrangler however is stupidly OP, 66% resistance is crazy

That's what I do but they shoot sticky traps with scorch shot which conveniently destroys it

Anything + Uber is generally pretty strong. If you wanted to be even more efficient than Phlog + Uber then just bring a minigun (or even better, Tomislav).

Not really, ubered heavy is slow, ubered demo/soldier can be airblasted and regardless of skill level can't kill as much enemies in such a short burst as a ubered phlog pyro, all he has to do is flail around and everything dies. The only counters really are sentry/sticky trap knockback to buy some time, scorch shot deletes stickytraps and powerjack makes him close the gap even faster.

Airblast. It's comically easy to do for the reward it gives and I don't play choke point hell maps so the indirect buff to soldier and demo isn't a problem. Removing Pyro entirely would remove a decent chunk of annoying cancer from the game but airblast is the main offender without any rebalances Valve will never do.

If a Pyro is in range to flame you down with the phlog then 9/10 times a Heavy will do just that too but faster due to the sheer damage. I don't think people realize just how stupidly strong the minigun is by default. Speed isn't as big of a detriment as you think when you have access to a hitscan hose that needs no set up to mow people down, has a much longer range than a flamethrower, and if the spin-up is genuinely an issue then the Tomislav solves that. Beyond base speed, the Phlog is simply a worse minigun in all other categories.
