Additionally, there's also an upside of -500% movement speed when spinned up, meaning you will be able to move with 400% speed in the direction opposite of where you'd normally go. This allows the heavy to move at the speed of 440 hu/s, which gives an incredible mobility to fat scout heavy at the cost of fire vulnerability (which still leaves the heavy with 200 ehp vs fire) and the need to switch to the primary and spin up (which takes ~2.62s due to the other downside) to get the movespeed. I'm honestly not sure how balanced that one would be.
