Wanna know which maps to pick? Try the "Voltaic x KovaaKs" ones, make sure to play them every day for at least 30 minutes, and don't just play them, try to understand what you can improve and so on. Download the Benchmark too, but don't get obsessed over those, play them like maybe once a month or something. I started at Novice Bronze or Iron, and now I'm at Platinum so I can confirm you that it does indeed work.
If completing all the repeats is too slow, then play every map like twice or som, but make sure to play them!
For a class that is extremely reliant on your raw aiming abilities, aim trainers are a really efficient way of fast-tracking the improvement process without subjecting yourself to hours of honing your craft in pubs.
If you are hesitant to make the initial investment you can download aim labs and practice on that for a bit until you’re confident that it’s something you’re willing to spend money on.
