While Pyro is very easy to play BUT has a lot of situations he fails in. Like if you're playing Pyro, Scouts can out aim and out maneuver you, Heavy will destroy you, etc
A lot of times you can rush and get kills with Pyro using his flamethrower, but he's just not as well rounded as Soldier
this is not a fighting game, you don't just pick a class and go to town, you play what you think your team needs
He's extremely simple to pick up and teaches you a lot of the basics! It is also a class intentionally designed to be a good powerhouse that every team will benefit from having..! Generally nobody will mind having an extra soldier in their ranks!
Still - Please feel free to experiment with all of the classes as they all are fun! This game is pretty laid back anyhow so you can really just play whatever you want, however you want!
You can also play Soldier, he should be rather beginner friendly.
For Heavy jump and rev in the air around corner to "surprise attack"
