The Arabic language is reversed or incorrect and cannot be understood

I played for over a thousand hours and the problem not been fixed
I think there are about two thousand Arab players or more

We can't understand each other because the Arabic language is incomprehensible

I'm sorry to say, Valve sort of dropped the ball on localization after around 2010. One of my German friends pointed it out. Any lines or interface text made before then were professional but anything afterwards is practically like a machine translation. Now IIRC they added arabic after that cutoff between "good" and "Bad" translations, so it wouldn't surprise me that someone managed to get the text displayed backwards and didn't notice the mistake.

This is actually a really good idea for team fortress, glad that some people are making this stuff. Hope it has my language, Australian slang.
