solly had Australium in is cave (so how is he still so stupid), they get it drop it down a trench... off screen

hale wins back mann co (we got no idar how) then he quits again after firing Olivia (witch she was happy to be fired). i like her look

scout gets over miss pauling. that seem 100% not what he would do, but whateverm he grew and learnt she would never be with him in the end (be it caz of her sexuality or not it was never said)


then skip 7 years and they all meet up at scouts house. you see scouts got kids and a lot of deadbeat wifes (prob x-wifes), spy dose come around abit but still hasnt told scout that hes is dad, solly has kids and...........nothing else (was pyro in that last image? i forget). we dont even see miss pauling, even tho shes the last one to show up at the end

hell, we dont even know what everyones doing (well, sollys doing heavys sister, lol)


so yer, nothing happened. the only things that did could of been done in 5 or so pages

Corrections: The first 3 pages/cover imply the death of the administrators parents, the three different methods (fire, freezing, poison) leave it ambiguous as to how they were indirectly killed by Zepheniah but I figure that is her motive.

Miss Pauling isn't the one who shows up at the party last, the bolded YOU suggest scout is addressing US, the reader, the one who has been along for the ride this whole time.

mayor of frowntown over here commenting on multiple posts on why the comic ending sucks lmfao

but if you want my honest opinion, although there's still some things i don't understand, (like what the hell the administrator was doing with z mann) they tied up so many loose ends and the ending is just really heartfelt. Im still a little bummed we don't know what happened with miss pauling tho. Regardless, I really loved the ending, and it really makes me super happy that all the mercs had happy endings.

also what did they tie up? the mann co stuff? not really, it was just "we got no more cool rocks, lets move on"

hell, everyone was just a "lets move on" scout from liking pauling, solly and his wife having a life, scout having a family, hale going back to fighting animals, ect

Thank god its not just me thinking this was kind of a rushed mess. Feels like we could've gotten way more mileage off of the characters but instead we were left with more questions than answers.

What were Demo, Pyro, Heavy, Sniper, and Medic doing during the time-skip? We focus so much on scout and soldier yet the other mercs got nothing.

Does Engie know that his DAD OF ALL PEOPLE was likely off-screened by Spy? TFC engineer might as well not be related since it doesn't matter in the plot at all. On top of that we never learned what happened to the TFC medic either.

Spy still refuses to acknowledge he's related to scout and we never see him interact with scouts mom after that information comes out.

What the heck was up with the Administrator and her beef with the mann brothers Dad? what was her deal with gray mann like? Seriously what was any of that about? Am i missing something?

Pauling does horrific acts for the Administrator but the basement corpse is where she suddenly draws the line and lets her crumple to dust? Besides the Turkey she sent we know literally nothing about what she did after dumping the australium.

We never see Olivia's reaction to learning her dad is dead. Just that she's now a teen who got fired by Hale and now living her life.

Soldier just living in an Australium cave all this time feels like a lazy cop out even for how dumb he is.

Feels like a holiday special update comic. Not the ending to an actual storyline. Haven't been ticked off at a game series not answering any major plot points since the Aether cod zombies storylines disastrous ending in Bo4. Gets worse the more i think about it.
