Where can I buy Refined Metal with money in my Steam wallet?

If possible, I want to use the cash I have in my Steam wallet to buy some refined metal. The only place I know of where you can use Steam Wallet money to buy items is backpack.tf and the community marketplace, neither have any for sale. Help

Buying a key and then trading it for metal is much closer. Chances are you can get more metal directly, if not trade the key for a hat and then trade said hat for potentially more metal.
