Soldier(known as a veteran sergeant in tf2) -US
Heavy-USSR(Russia)
Pyro-UK(United Kingdom)
Demoman-Scottish
Spy-French
Sniper-New Zealand
Engineer-????
Medic-Germany

Pyro's origins are unknown.

Engi is from Bee Cave, Texas. No one knows where Pyro is from, but his Mexican cosmetics point to him being a Mexican. Demo is from Ullapool, Scotland. The Scout is from Boston, and Medic is from Rottenburg, Germany.

I'm pretty sure Pyro's Mexican cosmetics come from the idea: "Mexico=Mesas+Chili+Tamales=Hot=Fire=Pyro"

Literally all of those are fan-made, they don't have any effect on Pyro's actual nationality.
