Is there a TF2 trading bot that will trade keys for ref and vice-versa?

I have searched online for a legitimate trading bot that will trade me ref/keys for their worth in keys/ref. But to no avail. I have not found a reliable source for such transactions. If you know where such trading can take place, I would greatly appreciate it if you could share it with me. Thank you.
