I received a medal a few years back - it took much, much longer than I expected to receive it though. Like at least well over a month; i forgot I was even supposed to receive it tbh

I don't know the rhyme or reason; and its probably best to be diligent so you don't slip through any cracks..

But I wanna' at least reassure you in the simple fact that it certainly takes awhile is all! So hopefully you're all good and the delivery is just going slower than a handicapped turtle!
