"This inventory is not available at this time. Please try again later."
Anyone getting this error anytime they try to open there own or other persons inventory?

Not sure about why would this happen when you try to look up your own but perhaps it is possible that the item server or whatever is having some delay to show up the inventory. Just my assumption.

As for looking up other people's inventory, chances are, it could be that it is set to private but sometimes prints wrong message instead of right one. Iirc, if inventory is set private, it should say something like this user's inventory is private or something. Or maybe it could be the same issue as what I said above (delay to show things up).

No this cant be it. I've been getting into trading for the better part of 5 months now and some of the inventories I look at are people ive traded with before with public inventories

This is what it says if i try to look in my own Inventory. "You've made too many requests recently. Please wait and try your request again later."

If possible, I would reach out to anyone you try to trade with and ask if their inventory is private or not. If it's set to public and you still see the inventory being not available for view, I can't think of other reason other than some sort of timeout from server responding.

My only theory from that is that it is likely from the server's end that has some respond issue. If the problem keeps happening, perhaps you could reach out to steam support and ask about this issue.

That error is caused by one of two reasons, reason one: the Steam servers are being maintained (and there's reason to say that because they can do this at anytime of the week), reason two: the internet on the OP's end of the line has a habit of going up and down which can result in the item servers not able to detect your connection because there was none to detect.
