I'm afraid I'm still on "Be able to reliably hit someone who isn't standing perfectly still." Not quite ready for people who actually know how to move well.
payload maps, especially defense, are pretty forgiving for the class and tend to have a lot of average movement players
I'd just steer clear of ctf since you'll probably build nothing but bad habits
