Problem with the textures of the eyes missing

So, when i bought a new pc after my laptop died, i noticed that the eyes of the mercs and other characters like Merasmus lose their textures without a reason after sometime playing ,i thought that it was a reflection problem but when i turned off the reflections the problem happened anyway(The problem appear randomly,like sometimes it can appear after 5 minutes or 5 hours and the command console doesn't detect it).During many months i tried to search for a solution, like turning the reflections off or validating the files of the game, but i couldn't find a definitive solution. I know that this is a problem with the grapphic that i use (I use a AMD radeon RX 6600 with the 24.8.1 version, with later versions the problem persists), this problem doesn't happen with other valve games, so if anyone could help me with this, i would be very grateful

Weird, I recently made the jump to a new PC as well and I am facing the same issue.
Though for me it happens upon joining a server.
Wondering, are your eye textures completely gone or are the eyes still there mixed with the missing texture?

They are mixed, like you can still see some white on the eyes but the mayority of the textures are missing
