New sandvich promo code happens to be duplicate

So I bought 2 sandvich toys from the valve store, one for me and the other for my boyfriend, and both came with a promo code for the robo-sandvich. I entered my promo code and it activated but when my boyfriend tried to enter his it said the code had already been used. Tried contacting steam support but as I thought gave an automatic answer. It said to contact the seller of the product wich is valve right? I don't know if there's anything to do... I really want that robo-sandvich back for him :c

have you tried contacting them via valvesoftware.com and not steam?

If I try that it brings me to steamsupport

Did you use email or the thingy on the steam website? I find that the steam website thingy has more realistic/actual people.

Send your query to Steam Support. They're much more supportive then most of us degenerates. And maybe they might give him some heavy metal.

Google "Steam Support".
Then make an account there, then send your problem to them. Just follow the steps on the website in order to find out how to send your query to them (I'm lazy).
