how to set up a mge server

I can not find a good tutorial on how to make a mge server. that is if it is still possable. I have not set up a tf2 server before so I will also need that information. It will just be lan so I do not need to know how to port forerd. also will I have to install anything on the other pcs or is it just a server side plugin?

I am not doing it to get better I am having a lan party and wanted to play mge during it

MGE server is just a tf2 server with MGE plugin.
So you can use any tutorial on dedicated server setup.
And then find the mge plugin.
