2.Heavy (Makes the tank class even tankier, although his speed lowers him to #2)
3.Soldier (Next best thing if there are no demomen)
4.Pyro (W+M1 does decent damage to most things, plus a pyro with crits weapons can deal even more damage to enemies)
5.Engineer (You would be surprised to know how much carnage a Kritz Widowmaker can do)
6.Scout (To stay alive and to deal good damage, but not very good at crowd control)
7. Medic (For the lulz and constant uberz with Ubersaw
8. Sniper (Can take out loads of enemies at long range without having to worry about headshots, but is generally outshined by the other classes
9. Spy (Now why in gods name would you ever do this)
pyro first because it's impossible to do bad as an uber pyro
demo if there are sentries, otherwise...
Heavy. Usually uber them defensively to give the rest of the team a chance to group up heavies just don't really attack as well as they should be able to.
soldier. as easy as pyro, if not quite as capable\
Scout. They can do decent damage on the off chance that they don't think of the uber as an invitation to get fish kills.
As I already said, any of these classes could be my number 1 uber priority
Overall though, i'd say i ussually like ubering pyros, heavy, and anyone who's already in a gunfight(Even combat engies). If i have no one else to use the uber on.
If theres a sentry ahead though, i only want to uber a class that actually has a good chance of destroying it. Now heavies/demos/soldiers/pyros have a good time doing that. Since honestly ubered sapper spies are pretty useless except for trollbait.

2. Heavy, he can give you control over a large area with his huge dps and an uber.
3. Demoman, on ubercharge allows him to inflict massive damage to key targets with no fear of retaliation.
4. Pyro, can do a lot of damage when enemies are clustered together.
5. Scout, can do surprisingly high damage at close range. Unfortunately, he cannot use the uber to it's maximum potential, since the medic is unable to keep up with him. (Unless using the Quick-Fix
6. Engineer, this allows him to keep his sentry up longer. If he's using the gunslinger, he can do huge damage if he manages to surprise his enemies.
7. Sniper, can usually take out one or two tarkets with jarate and the bushwacka.
8. Medic, he can do some damage with his bonesaw, I guess. And his syringe gun can kill a heavy with one clip. Still a pretty bad choice, though.
9. Spy
They also get me killed hell of a lot less often than heavies.
From there I'm basically indifferent and just go with whoever is going to need it most.
