LOL, I don't wear buds only because I prefer to have some shirt or jacket rather that two hats at once, but still everybody wants a Bill's hat, Buds or Max's head IMO

Same problem as with Strange Earbuds. Since Bill's are limited in quantity with no way to get new ones, the Unique Bill's would become very rare due to everyone wanting to Strangify them. The economy would be screwed over even more than it is now.
