No Golden Frying Pan anymore?

I am not saying that you can't have chances anymore to get them,but in the mean time what happened to the chance/luck? I mean we already have several people having Golden Frying Pan but nowadays nothing happens. I mean did Valve removed them or just not available for players anymore? I would even imagine some f2p or f2p A.K.A. Child/Kid having Golden Frying Pan and selling it for money or rather doesn't know how marketing works... :/
Since people are on 100 or more tours completed why does no one get Golden Frying Pan anymore? I even ask myself that question. And if you get 100 tours and continue,do you even get more chances to have australium more around?

It's all luck of the draw man. It's more likely for me to get a royal flush in Poker then to get a golden pan. It's like, 0.001% or something. And the reason golden pans aren't dropping as much is because when Two Cities came out everyone was rushing to play it, more people doing tours = more golden pans. Also, I heard that you're actually more likely to get good drops (Australiums, Prof kits) when you're on lower tours. Same with unboxing.

The way I see it, since one of the new crates has killstreaks in it, alot of people have stopped playing mvm. They can no longer keep playing because most of the regular killstreaks have fallen below a dollar. Some people kept selling they received from mann up to keep playing mvm so they would hardly have to put in any of their own money. Now because of this, those people have stopped playing and the rate of the australiums and golden frying pan at which they are found have dropped. All the australiums and the golden frying pan will still be found, just not as often.

I'm pretty sure that's not true. They wouldn't do that because people woundn't play Two Cities anymore.
