1x 55 on Dustbowl Stage 2 against some scrubs with round end kills..
Other than that: 51 On Dustbowl Stage 3

I once got 40 kills without dying, on Harvest, without spawncamping, as Demonadeknight.
It was spread out over three different rounds, so it technically isn't a killstreak, but whatever.

I think I've gone 23 - 0 a few times on the second stage of Dustbowl a few times as Soldier. I got a 40 something killstreak as Demo but I don't remember the map.
