TF2 item irl value?

If tf2 hats/weapons were irl. how much would they cost?

example: the PDA would be would billions due to the fact it's inf ammo/metal/health/defense/transportaton/etc

and the graybanns would probably cost $1-$2

What would other items be worth?

Medi Gun is priceless and probably wont even be open to the public until some time in the future. You can HEAL people practically from death and even give them invincibility temporarily.

And gold is about 3x heavier than steel.
So the golden frying pan would be about 2400 grams.
