Sun-on-a-stick buff

Only mentioned so many times (actually so little what I ment)
No one ever uses it (except for some guy, but he was all PRAISE THE SUN GOD)
it's stats are god awful
only value of it is scrap metal/craftible or being genuine.
if it could get a buff, set players on fire and crit them with that damage bonus.

If you wanna buff, then... wait for it... switch the sharpened volcano fragment and the sun on a stick. Meaning, the pyro uses the sun on a stick, while the scout uses the sharpened volcano fragment. I know you all want this, because that's the idea that's been floating around. The OP even implies that s/he wants this change.
