Change the color of chat messages?

Anyone know which file you can edit to change the color of the text that gets shown in chat (without plugins)? I've seen guides that tell you how to change the color of the hud, main menu and all that stuff, but not the chat text color. Anyone know how? I've messed around with a bunch of the res files and have manage to change the color of many things, such as the HUD and Console window, but not the chat text color. There must be a way.

There's a nifty file called chatscheme.res, along with sourcescheme.res and clientscheme.res. Most huds don't include it so you'd need to take it out of the vpk's yourself if you're not already. Not sure which changes what but it should be in there. If you don't mind checking it all around, I'd like to hear the results back myself.

2022 it just adds nothing
