It's good if you don't have enough mobility *Insert more smart reasons here*
Also the quad jump is insanely useful, you can even use it to stealth right above enemies heads if they aren't too bright. Nothing like flying over an enemies head, then blasting him in half.
give it back it's mini-crits, and compensate by removing the -10hp on the atomizer.
Considering that the scout has 5 other weapons that increase his mobility, AND is the most mobile class anyway, he doesn't need 5 jumps.
A 2 shot scattergun without a useful ability to back it up doesn't cut it for me.
The mini crits for example made it an OK weapon for MVM against tanks.
Mini crits also made some scenarios like hit someone with a bleed weapon, toss mad milk at low health, ultimatly gain more health from mini crit bleed damage aswell as dealing more damage.
It's also good for ambushing when you have the entire set equipped where I sit on that secret spot on that payload map (forgot it's name) where I would kill a heavy.
Honestly old soda popper is the best one over the new gimmicky one.
They hated how it rewarded you for running.
It still does that.
And now you can actually use your primary weapon without setting it off because you control it.
I would also give it faster movement speed for the duration of crits simply because the crit-a-cola is strapped onto it.
