Report a translation problem
Use Sticky-Launcher, equip Pain-Train for faster caps, and don't leave the cap until it's turned to your team.
If you see the capture point icon at the bottom of the screen change to tell you you're capping, you're on-target. You don't have to be right in the middle, anyway in the capture zone will do.
It might be that you're not being awarded a cap if your team initiate it - try being the first person to land on the point and thus initiate it.
No idea if Sticky Jumper will count; but using a regular Sticky Launcher lets you use that weapon defensively to stop enemy contesting the point and thus helps you cap it.
