Goofiest and best hat in game?
Besides unusuals, which is the goofiest and best hat in TF2, i'd have to say the towering pillar of hats, really its majestic and beautiful.. and unique lol post below

I gotta say the Charmer's Chapteau and Le Party Phantom
I'm not a spy player, but you gotta admit that those two hats together are quite elegant
