Change buttons to vote

ok so the vote buttons are f1 and f2 but im on a laptop and when the vote comes up i really want to vote but since the my laptops f1 and f2 keys are binded for non gaming purposes how do i change the buttons from f1 and f2 to 9 and 0

Protip; Hold the FN key. It's usually to the left of the spacebar, near the windows key.
If it's not there, then look around your keyboard for the FN key.
Hold then FN key and hit one of the F# buttons.

No, you hold the FN button, and then hit F1 or F2. Normally the FN key says 'FN' in a darker gray, so any key with the same colour as 'FN' will function when 'FN' is held down.

For example:
On the laptop I am currently using, the default keys are in white, and the FN key is in gray. My F1, F2, F3, etc, by default, are F1, F2, so I don't need to hold the FN key. However, if I want to lock my laptop, I would hold FN and then press F1, since it has a little lock icon in the same dark gray as FN.

I am using chromebook, how do i use F1 and F2? The keyboard does not have those keys, and when i press the keys that are there they do nothing. Please tel me how to do this

Yes, you can rebind them. If holding the Fn key doesn't work you can rebind f1 and f2 by binding a key to "vote option1" and "vote option2" in the console respectively.

I use Geforce to play on Chrome. I hate it, but I'm a cheapstake and I'm not gonna buy an actually good computer.
