I DON'T HAVE A RECHARGE BAR ANYMORE

I have googled this alot and cant find a single thing, it seems to be since the gun mettle update. Whenever i use a weapon with a charge bar, like the demomans shields or the soda popper, there is no bar in the bottom right corner.
Its not there, doesnt matter what server I am on, I would like help or atleast someone to go 'i have this problem' or ill kill myself so

Update: to make this slightly clearer.
I have the ammo and charge bars for like my first life, then once i die it goes. So if i want the ammo and charge bars i have to leave a rejoin. I hope this gets fixed.

I have a similar problem but can not see my ammo nor charge bars. It normally reappears after going to another lobby though.

Believe i had the same problem the solution was to shoot at whatever area (or inspect first then shoot with any weapon) or inspect a person once then pressing the inspect away from people then eveything is normal.
