Stock
Powerjack/Axtinguisher
Stock
Axtinguisher or Powerjack.
We think alike. :D
That said, unless the map has a considerable amount of water on it, the Axtinguisher is pretty much superior to stock, the damage penalty and lack of random crits are not a concern when the Pyro already has a much better close-range weapon. The Third Degree, while far fromt he best Pyro melee, is also statistically a direct-upgrade to stock, with no downsides, and that is a fact.
Stock
Third Degree.

^ This, except I use the backscratcher instead to deal with demoknights. I go with powerjack if someone decides to pocket me.
No napalmer of course, I like my botkiller more. :3
Scorch
Strange 3rd degree (though I don't use it as much as I want to :/)
