How to use autoexec.cfg?

Hello, I want to know how do I put commands in autoexec.cfg.
Does someone can to explain me?

Create an autoexec.cfg in C:/Program Files (x86)Steam/Steamapps/common/Team Fortress 2/tf/cfg or your install directory (note: some people like to put their cfgs in their custom folder, but if you don't know how to edit cfgs you'll probably fuck up the custom cfg folder installation like everyone else that doesn't know how to edit tf2 files).
Open autoexec.cfg (make sure it's not autoexec.cfg.txt) with notepad. Notepad++ is recommended.
Enter desired commands, or exec different cfgs that contain your desired commands.
The commands should "auto-execute" when you open the game.

Also does someone knows how to fix the freezes for around 3 seconds and looping sound in that time? It's very bad thing, I had 10 killstreak and I losed it because of that thing.

Put all the commands or scripts you want to automatically execute when you launch the game into the autoexec or autoexec.cfg folder (it was already there for me, you might have to create one).

That's just game stutter, usually happens if you instantly play tf2 after booting your computer, at least it does for me.

Turn net_graph 3 on. If the blue bar at the bottom of the graph turns orange when that happens, it's your internet. Switch to ethernet in that case.
