Craft Numbers
Bit of a noob question, but when will the craft numbers for the new weapons be shown? I'm fairly certain my crafted Air Strike will have a number, as I crafted it as soon as the item server came online last night. I have seen craft number hats but not weapons. Anyone know around when they will come out?

Only numbers 1-100 get shown on the weapon, to see higher craft numbers you generally have to look at third-party inventory and trade sites

When I check my backpack on backpack.tf, it doesn't have a craft number whatsoever, leading me to believe that nobody sees craft numbers yet.

The air strike does not have a craft number at all.

If it had a low craft number it would appear like this:

I know what it would look like. It's just that my weapon doesnt even havent a craft number on bp.tf (like craft 18928#). I haven't seen anyone with craft number weapons, so I was wondering when they were going to be revealed. Valve did this with the summer appetizer hats, I remember.

It won't be revealed. That item simply does not have a craft number. Check tf2 wiki.

I did not see any information disproving the addition of craft numbers on the wiki. I looked at the Crafting page, and this is the information on the matter it gave me.

Crafting numbers are a cosmetic value attached to any crafted weapon or cosmetic item introduced during the May 5, 2011 Patch, as well as most items added in any later update. This number represents the order that a given item was crafted in; for example, a "Brain Bucket #1" would be the very first Brain Bucket to have ever been crafted. While the craft number goes into the thousands on third-party backpack viewers, #100 is the maximum value displayed in-game. For example, a "Brain Bucket #101" would only appear in-game as "Brain Bucket."

The air strike page said nothing on the matter.

I hope I don't sound rude or condescending, but I was just confused about the crafting system.
