How to use my taunts?
Now that the Love and War Update: Day 2 was released yesterday, I can't use my taunt, while pressing H. Is it a different key, or what?

You'll need to re-equip taunts with the new taunt loadout, under your characters.

Pressing G will open up your special taunt window, pressing it twice will enter you in group taunts, or do the normal taunt for your weapon.

You have to go to your taunt menu in the loadout screen (The little film icon near the bottom), and equip a taunt into the 8 slots. During gameplay you can hit G or H (I forget) and pick from the menu.

Basically, you can equip 8 taunts at once. And the action slot is now for action items.

I just don't understand... I pressed G twice, and now I taunt normally with the weapon...

Yeees, that's what doing G twice does.

G once, then look at the taunts listed, click the appropriate number and it will activate.

so i got the the level three chin but i cant seem to do the taunt i end up doing the weapon taunt instead

If you're referring to the 'chair' taunt, it's not attached to the chin. It's a seperate item.

Then you'd taunt with T instead of G.

Same. When I press 'G' it only does 1 taunt and it comes up with no "HUD" and even in my inventory or when I want to select one for my Medic/Character they don't show up. Can someone show/help me how this works? Please?

You have to equip the taunts in your loadout, not just have them in your inventory.
