"Negative" Weapons: Flip-Flop A Weapon's Stats
This is a new idea for weapons that I came up with. They are called negative weapons, and are called as such because they have stats opposite to their regular counterparts. A good example could be:

"Negative" Winger:
-15% Damage Penalty
Jump Height Reduced By 25% While Active
+60% Clip Size

Another Example:

"Negative" Baby Face's Blaster
On Hit: Build Slow
+34% Clip Size
+10% Movement Speed On Wearer
Slow Reduced On Air Jumps

By now, you should be able to understand where this is going. Share your own examples down below.

The negative Neon Annihilator:

0% critical hits from wet players
Unable to remove Electro Sappers
20% damage penalty vs players
Random critical hits.
The Pomson 6666:
Restores 10% uber or 20% cloak to victims
Otherwise like regular Pomson

The ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥:
-25% uber build rate
Uber: Makes the heal target TAKE critical hits. :special:

The Slow Break:
Makes you fly in the opposite direction of the heal target
-40% heal rate
-25% uber build rate
+50% max overheal
Slows you down to the speed of a slower heal target
Uber: Rapidy drains the health of your heal target :special:

The Infector:
-50% uber build rate
+66% overheal rate
Makes the heal target 10% weaker to the selected damage type
Can still hold 4 uber charges
Uber: Makes the heal target 75% weaker to the selected damage type :special:

Blocks a facestab.

Darwin's Safety Shield:
-25 max HP
-15% bullet resistance
+20% explosive resistance

The Extremely Uncomfortable Camper:
-1 HP per second
+20% knockback when aiming
Massive flinching when aiming
20% resistance to all damage

Negative Spycicle:

Loud Killer: Loud noise from backstabs
On hit by fire: Take fire damage for 2 seconds
Backstab doesn't turn victim to ice
Doesn't melt in fire

Negative Dead Ringer:

Increases initial damage and subsequent damage received to a fraction (1/10) and cloak does flicker when bumping into an enemy, but only for the standard cloak duration. Prolonging the cloak will not turn it into a standard invisibility.
Has -60% slower cloak recharge rate
Is silent
Uncloaking will raise the cloak meter to 40% if above that when uncloaking
Large and medium ammo boxes deplete 35% cloak

Reverse Cloak & Dagger:
Only drains when standing still
Recovers cloak half as fast

The Celery Stick (a scout melee):
25% explosive resistance
Drops small ammo packs on kill
Idealy, all of these weapons should be something worth using. For example:

The Infector(Vaccanator)
Enemies take 10% percent more damage from the heal target
Uber: Enemies take 75% more damage from heal target

The Nexaxtinguisher

No crits vs burning players
+50% damage vs non burning players
Crits vs non burning players

Negative Scorch Shot

Flare brings target towards you on hit and extinguishes enemies
+50% damage.

My idea was better. My Mediguns are clearly troll weapons.

Reverse-Medigun:
Uber: Grants invincibility to enemies who fire upon the heal target.

Negative Wrap Assassin (couldn't think of a name, sue me.)
+70% damage
Alt-Fire: launches a bauble that decreases damage done for a few seconds
The Anti-Mannmelter:
50% slower projectiles
20% faster firing speed
Also can ignite allies to gain crits :special:

The First Degree:
Hitting an enemy will damage all enemies NOT connected by healing beams

The Anti-Sandvich:
Eating will drain your health away, and if you are not being healed, will kill you.
Able to be thrown on the ground
When someone else picks up, they take damage equal to a medium medkit's healing.

Hurts allies :tongue:

Face it, in Negative World, Medic is a troll class.
