"Temporarily enable the spirit of halloween?" how to do ?
I was on a registered balve 2fort ctf server when all of the sudden a vote popped up on my screen that said "temporarily enable the spirit of halloween?" after enough people voted "yes" halloween mode was turned on. How can I call a vote like this so we can all see our halloween items that have stupid restrictions?

go to the comunity market and search for "enchantment eternaween". they are about .06$ each. buy one. when you get into a server hit Esc and open your items. left click on the spell, and then left click on cast spell on server. for the next 4 hours, i think, the spell will work on that server.
