My team strategy:
1 medic per 5 power house classes eg: solly,pyro,demo,heavy
so in team of 12, 2 medics, 1 on the frontlines, 1 to fall back to, have an engineer move up his stuff while being escorted by a pyro, 1 sniper, 1 mabye 2 spies
overall:
1 engineer
1 pyro
2 medics
1 sniper
1 spy
2 scouts, one to annoy enemies, 1 to cap, or both can bum rush
1 soldier
1 demo
1 heavy
1 of any other class
