Shooting with the Keyboard (no LMB)
I guess we're pretty used to firing with the LMB since forever, as for it's the default firing button in every fps for over a decade.
I started trying to shoot without the mouse when I noticed that while I tap/hold LMB my aim stutter/slows a bit. I'm trying to use 'E' instead, and it proves way more accurate, but the problem comes when managing moving and shooting. (I play scout)

Anyone else tried something similar? Let me hear your thoughts

Litterally every one of the first few FPSs used ctrl to shoot. Why would you use E? The logical choice would be any key that doesn't involve you taking your fingers off wasd. The only buttons that make any sense to use are ctrl, alt, and shift.

I try CTRL sometimes too, but i feel more comfortable using E. We can't move pressing more than 2 directions at the same time, because of it pressing 'E' doesn't hurt that much, but I have to switch fingers (indicator, middle) a lot

in order to shoot while moving right in any capacity you have to shift your whole hand. I can't see it being usefull at all. I can understand ctrl being awkward for you, as it is for me. But why not shift. I use that as alt fire in games without a sprint quite often.
