An issue with your computer is blocking the VAC system???
I was just on a trade server, and recently won a spycrab, Then, i got an error message, reading as follows;

An issue with your computer is blocking the VAC system.
You cannot play on secure servers

I haven't used any sort of hacks, and over 600 hours on tf2, it doesn't say I'm vac banned on my profile either, i just cant connect to any servers as i get the same message Can someone help me?

Try this

Enable DEP

Data Execution Prevention (DEP) must be enabled to play on VAC secured servers. To restore DEP settings to default please follow the steps below:

Exit Steam.
Click the Start button, then 'All Programs', and 'Accessories'
Right-click on Command Prompt and click "Run as administrator..."

- Please note if you are running Windows 8 you will need to press Windows Key + X and select Command Prompt (Admin)

In the command prompt, type the following command and press Enter:

bcdedit.exe /deletevalue nx

Restart your computer.
Launch Steam and test the issue again.

Restart your modem/routers that might help, or restart your pc.

Stop your ativirus and it will stop =)
Probably your anti-virus blocking it, check your permissions. A similar problem happens when my anti-virus is running and I try to load up Rome 2.
