What is the rarest effects and sheens for Specialized Killstreak weapons
I am pretty new to tf2 trading and I want to know what is the most expensive for both effects and sheens

It's mainly down to demand, rather than rarity.
Team Shine is usually the most valuable one, since people like the team colours.
Other sheens like Villainous Violet and Mean Green usually get less attention

It seems to go team shine > hot rod > mann-darin > villainous violet > mean green when it comes to ks sheen colors from expensive to least

i was trying to find a KS weapon with that sheen and they're really rare
